The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, Hamsa Abdi Barre, held a meeting with traditional elders whose from Laascaanood, the capital of Sool Region.
The Prime Minister highlighted the present situation in Laascaanood at the meeting, emphasising the need of achieving stability and resolving the issues.
Furthermore, Prime Minister Hamsa Abdi Barre extended gratitude to traditional leaders for their contribution in fostering peace, fraternity, and reconciliation, emphasising the need of working together to overcome obstacles and achieve success.
The traditional chiefs expressed gratitude to the Prime Minister for the productive meeting and kind hospitality. They discussed the current state of affairs, current issues, and the ambitions of the local community who have suffered as a result of the conflict.
